Last weekend Leicester Squash hosted the 2013 Leicestershire County Squash Closed Championship. After a weekend of fantastic squash Rachel Calver won her 9th County title beating Mari Taylor 3-0 (11-8 11-9 11-3) in the Ladies final.

 

In the Men’s final James Wright won His 4th County title beating George Parker 3-1 (11-8 9-11 11-6 11-9) in a closely fought match that kept the packed gallery enthralled. Thanks goes to all the players and spectators making it a great weekend, we hope to see you all next year for an even bigger event.
